Ahh, Ic. Thanks Barbra. I'm still deciding which color system to use here, I didn't know their customer service was bad like that.. it'd be an issue for me too, or for anyone who needed support post-purchase. Hmn.. I'll look into Gem Dialogue too, I believe those are the printed color charts?

Yes, Gem Dialog is sold here:

One can do a fairly accurate job of color grading just using tools like:
