another grey one here standing at 31$ with 2 bids and 6 days to go. No intl shipping but it worth for an enquiry if someone overseas is really interested. ciao and good luck! alberto
Then I'll back off lynxene as I'm in no real need of it. Got a friends diamond lab close to where I live and I use to go there when in need of color grading diamonds. Also very nice to have two pair of experienced eyes if in doubt.
Hi - this was a top hit on google for GEM DIAMOND LITE... I have one I was going to ebay, but mine is missing the object that fits into the little cabinet on top.. I was hoping someone could tell me what that was called/what it was for.
Thanks for the fast reply.. if it is appropriate, I will post my ebay listing - I will ship international if anyone here wants to bid on it, since I saw that was a concern.

No, it is NOT appropriate. Sorry.
DITTO.
however since you said you're gonna sell it on ebay i guess interested members would drop an eye on the related search. In the end there are not so many diamondlite for sale actually.......
I know it is an old post, but it is exactly the subject that I need information.
I bought an older model of the GIA Diamondlite some weeks ago. It is about 50 years. It has only 2 lights: a fluo and the UV. It is still working. It misses the diamond tray but I see on GIA site that I can buy one, not expensive.
My question: Do you think that it is good even if it has only two lights?

I frequently change out all the lights on my instruments even if they are not burned out. Just buy some new lights for your unit and it will be 100% without doubting it's usefulness.
