I have an old GIA utility lamp - the grey one with the three light portals. The sodium light has ben burnt over time and will not transmit light. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, or any other ideas?

Thanks

Call the GIA and ask them. They probably have the spare parts.

Is it the light bulb or the yellow filter you need? I'm assuming the filter because my similar unit uses only one light bulb. If so GIA can probably advise you about the specs for the original and you may be able to find something at a camera store or maybe Edmund Scientific that will work. I've been told a regular yellow camera filter will work but don't have the expertise to verify it.
