LOL MoDo, don't stress woman. I was speaking from my point of view, I'm not normally a true heart shape lover ( I prefer the flat top). But... as far as bumpy top hearts go I really like that one in that colour. To my eye it just suits.
Now yes, the top looks like it could do with a little face lift, it looks like too much Botox was added one side.

Rockahula!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

This seemed appropriate for today, though this stone has been here before, it's still available!

There's been bigger Tsavorites on this thread, & greener, but this is a biggie, has a beautiful color, & a cut that is out of this world! 11.04 cts

Not a common color for this gem, a negative. The asking price is much too high,
in my opinion.

william it's stone(s) of the day not bargain of the day.
It's what gives a person the ooh to their minds eye and oh boy, price?
That's like asking a woman her age!
Price is whatever it's worth to the creator and ultimately the buyer.

Keep em comin Elvis!!! :P

Well Bill, the price is well under $4000.00 a carat. For a Tsavorite of this quality & cut (AGTA award winning) the price at a high end boutique could be $8000.00-$12000 a carat mounted, & that may be conservative? It comes from one of the most award winning cutters in the industry, John Dyer, that in it's self is a premium to collectors.

Though a picture does not always capture the true color to the eye, this stone looks to have a blue tint to it, very desirable, & rare in this size. How many 11 cts Tsavorites like this do you run in to?

Nice ... but don't bother with the video. It's not a video of the gem, but a video about the store :? .

Yes, I know. Don't understand why myself. Those videos have been up for a while. I was all excited to see, Marc's many fantastic stones on video. Was a tad disapointed. :(
