The shape looks rather like the 'Incoparable' doesn't it? (so much for 'incomparable'!) Those two are of similar size too, aren't they... Now, it couldn't be the same duck, could it?
Hard to tell what it really is from the photo but I wonder if someone was more than a bit upset that it came back brownish yellow instead of orange and yellow. Or maybe it doesn't matter so much in surreal sizes like that?
well I certainly do not see everything that comes up in the world of coloured diamonds, but I've never heard of this stone, and you would think at that size one of us would have. It looks a little fishy to me. The picture looks fishy, and I swear I have seen that same exact shape of squatty pear before. I'm not saying this is not real, but it would not be the worst hoax I have seen. I once had a guy try to sell me a group of coloured diamonds with a whole computer presentation and investment prospectus. It was very impressive. The only problem was they were MY diamonds.....
plus i'm afraid all the bankers at least here in the US aren't willing to give 10 euros, so 30 mill may be tough.
Love to see that baby in person if it is legit.....

Will be interesting to see where that Historic Gem will end and at what price..., I believe US15Mil is a serious under shooting in price..., I suspect it will fetch a much higher sum...
