Hello there

So, i recently made this cab which is a nephrite jade piece. The stone itself is kinda cool (as it really translucent and process a cat eye effect) but i am a bit baffled by the inclusion in its left bottom corner.

I see a scull or monkey head here (Some people don't but anyway ) and i have no idea if it is good or bad. Maybe those are collectable?
Would be grateful to hear any opinions. Thank you for your attention.

A monkey/skull inclusion. I would hold on to it until you find a buyer. Would be an very very niche market of course (as in 1 or 2 customers), but I think it could be worth something. Maybe market it as a skull rather than a monkey. Skulls are quite popular in jewellery. Hold on to it for as long as it takes for someone to appreciate that this is a naturally occurring skull in the crystal. That may take months, may take years, but whatever you do don't sell it for twenty bucks. If I were you I would cut out the rest of the nephrite such that the skull is in the centre of the stone. Maybe make a shield shape. You'll find some strange weird customer for this eventually (maybe a rapper). Would be best to put a story around this stone. Something like it was found in the darkness of the earth and an immortal skull was found in the natural crystal or whatever. And if it's not high priced it won't sell. Just my two cents.

Uhm, sounds like that buyer may be you, Berullos.
Make him an offer.

Nah i'm alright. There are two stones that I don't understand what all the hype is about. Diamonds and Jade.

Your attention and energy spend to create such an elaborate answer are truly appreciated.

Hmm.. I know an old trick to make jades look extra shiny. Let me try to convert you into a jade lover right now.
