Hello,
I have been searching for information regarding the ISA Antique and Period Jewellery course. I have seen it listed in the CVs of some gemmologists but when I contacted ISA, they could not give me any information regarding a course named Antique and Period Jewellery.
Does anyone here know anything about this?
Thank you.
John

Perhaps you are referring to some of the courses taught by the late Christie Romero. She was the director of the Center for Jewelry Studies, and the author of Warman's Jewelry, a price and identification guide to 18th, 19th and 20th century jewelry, now in its third edition.
Romero taught antique, period and vintage jewelry classes in Southern California since 1988.
She passed away in September 2009.
