Has anyone ever dealt with cruise ship jewellery by Mark Henry? The particular piece I've been show was non phenomenal, tests as Chrysoberyl and comes with a certificate of authenticity by the maker as Alexandrite. It was a greyish blue color.

Just wondering everyone's thoughts and experiences on this?

I would be surprised to learn of the existence of nonphenomenal greyish blue chrysoberyl. If it is chrysoberyl it is probably juat showing an underwhelming shift.
