I am very excited, though we're having renovations done on the house which might leave us with a lighter budget than usual. Be that as it may I'm really looking forward to it--if nothing else I can at least get more subjects for microscopy!
Best way to go, how else to bring back all those finds you didn't plan on buying.
Find a UPS or Fedex store with lots of packing supplies. Not one to repeat my longest experience with TSA in Phoenix, who didn't seem to know about any shows in Tucson.

Yeah, but when you find that petrified wood dining table, it's nice just to throw it in the back of the SUV. And chances are good if the car is broken into the table will be left behind.

All good points Barbra! And of course the forklift loaded amethyst cathedrals through the rear hatch. Shipped one of those once, even put it in a crate and Fedex dragged it to Florida. At least that is what it looked like when it arrived.
I have been thinking of driving. I really doubt that by January I will be allowed to fly the way mandates are going lately. It's a long long drive for me however.
