I am a Wild/Leitz user historically owning numerous different models.
I have just speculatively purchased a Nikon SMZ-10 for silly money and its in an excellent optical and cosmetic condition.
It however is missing its phototube relay lens.
I know that a CF-PL x2.5 was used with the microflex, but what was the TV relay lens used with the also available C-mount TV adapter.?
There seem to be Nikon TV relay lens of x16 around, but I doubt their use in this particular situation.
I would like to hook-up a Canon 450d and the CF-PL x2.5 would do, but what else is required.?
I am aware of diagnostic instruments PA1-12a that could be used, as also an unit from the Austrian LMscope company (expensive)
The alternative would be the TV relay lens, c-mount adapter and microscope digital camera, hence the question regarding this elusive TV lens.
I have tried an Olympus NFK x2.5 and this works but the tube length for parfocality is long.
Any help appreciated

I am answering my own questio, it may prove useful to others.
a, Using a microscope 3/5mp digital camera requires the TV relay lens 1x16 (I now have, and 16 relates to the FOV), and an appropriate iso 38 c-mount/camera.
b, using Canon 450d etc requires the CF-PL x2.5, an T2 iso 38 adapter, appropriate T2 telescope extension tubes and a helicoid focusing tube of appropriate thread.A lower value CF-PL relay lens would be benficial but I cannot trace such a beast from Nikon.
This is a cheap fix and avoids the purchase of a Spot Imaging PA1-12a at £350 (UK)
I wonder if the Olympus NFK x1.67 is also compatible.
Another solution (expensive) is the purchase of an SC1.6 coupler from Best Scientific.
Any opinion anyone.?
