 Post subject: diy polariscope

I just got through making a polariscope from a pair of old sunglasses, pvc pipe and a piece of glass.

I cut the pvc and used a heat gun to form them into ledges that hold the lenses and pieces that would rotate inside the main body.

As I had everything on hand the cost was 0$

Seems to work fine.

Great job. I have been using pairs of polarized sunglasses as a polarizer in the bush for years. Works as a pretty good dichroscope as well.
