So much for the "lifetime warranty" for some tungsten carbide rings. Can't get in contact with the Trent West company so ..."sorry customer, we can't size your ring or replace it". "Lifetime" obviously applys to the manufacturer rather than the client.
A question: The mokume-gane bolsters on the William Henry knives we sell tends to fade with wear. Putting it away for a while allows it to oxidize again so the patterns become strong again. Does this happen with the rings? Is there some artificial way to re-oxidize the pieces so the pattern is strong and apparant again? Thanks.
