If you do, and notice that the times listed on this forum are all crazy for you, go to PROFILE.
At the bottom of the page is where you can set what time zone you live in.
California Time (a.k.a. PST) is GMT-1.
Let me know if you get confused....I'll ask Doos or Snizzy to figure it out for you.

Right Gemma! Those are posted in the chat threads. This GMT issue is regarding individual's computers - everyone has to change it in their user profile - only if it matters to them of course!

I know. Which goes to say that it doesn't really matter what the forum time says it is as long as you make on time according to your wall clock. Silly Snizzy!
This is just for us anal retentive people who like to look at the forum and see the correct posting times. That's why Anatase questioned if anyone really cared!
I noticed my first posting showed an hour ahead of central time, maybe because of daylight savings time(?), which will change on the first Sunday of November, according to the new law. So it was -4, and I increased it to -5 to get the correct time. When daylight savings time ends, will I have to move it back to -4? I get confused easily when it comes to this stuff, which I explain away as blonde moments.

Yes, the time is entirely up to you. You can set it for Paris, France time if you want, and then you will know what time to call Frank in the middle of the night to tick him off!
