And colorless mineral in the second photo seems to be Celsian, rare Ba-feldspar.
These inclusions were mentioned in this GO thread.

There is an add for some on eBay here indicating Brazil as local:

and I found another reference listing the source as Corinto Region, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
