I've never seen a violet/pink zircon before in such a pure tone. Has anyone else? |

Nope, but the doubling of the facets indicates a super high birefringence. Do you have any more info on the material? Source? Treatment? |

Oh yes, a zircon may also be pink/violet (the same colour as kunzite, so that you all know what I mean!). Like every allochromatic material, it may exist in any colour you can imagine and no two crystals are the same colour! Greetings from Italy by Riccardo. |
