MINDAT gives the Arkelite status (according to IMA) as questionable/doubtful. It also categorises it as isometric. To me, this means that it is a (very small but natural) form of Cubic Zirconia. Certainly such was identified prior to the commercial production of CZ/Fianite.

The other Ugly Sister I had in mind was the tetragonal phase of Zirconium Dioxide. This is obtained in commercial bulk from Zircon sands (ZrSiO4) but is also found in uncommercial quantities in nature - but I do not know if it has an approved mineral name. Commercially obtained from Zircon, its the feed material for the production of CZ.
