Mine would be SILICOSIS. Easily taken care of with a filter mask/respirator.

OK, the health scare is over. The 2 acceptable answers along with the intentional homophonic faux pas are:

1.Loss of apatite
2.Lack of apatite

Everything else was a fictional creation to serve the answer. A food related concern would have been a bit to obvious, although we ended up there anyway.

Hope this Quiz didn't ruin your appetite. :)
