 Post subject: umba sapphire w needle inclusions

I could tell the stone had a few oranges looking rods in it but it wasn't until after I cut it I could see long needle inclusions very clear, it kinda messes up the sparkle on the stone but it gives it an interesting piece...

What can you do with a stone like this besides throw it in the pile of duds, makes for a nice specimen but I doubt anyone would want it set.. Maybe I'm wrong though

It depends how good you are at selling it on its unique merits. The customers are definitely out there, but finding them is an interesting task.
