Any idea what it is i dont have a scale otherwise i would weigh it but its gotta weighbat least 50pounds

Cleavage is really apparent.
Blue calcite?
Celestine (celestite) ?

Try a drop of hydrochloric acid and see if it fizzes.

scratch the surface of your specimen and drop some Vinegar and check the reaction, best use a magnification to see the bubbles, Vinegar is a safe, economical and easy-to-obtain acid test for identifying calcite.
