First image shows a HPHT lab grown type Ib diamond slice with inclusions of graphite, metallic iron and hollow tubes. The slice contains colorless areas of type IIa diamond. The mix of different types of diamond in same stone is rather common in HPHT lab grown diamonds.

Second image is same slice clearly showing the yellow "Maltese cross" shaped Ib areas as well as the colorless type IIa areas inbetween.
