The inclusions seem to be numerous tiny chambers with gas or liquid inside.

Gorgeous! In macroscopic appearance the closest thing I can think of is the white schiller seen in some bytownite feldspar. But I have certainly never seen a quartz like this, much as I would like to.

There are actually two specimens, all cut from the same rough stone.
(Don't know If can find more specimens like this in the future.)
