Probably the rarest inclusions in Quartz I've ever seen. Judging by the inclusions's shape and color, I can rule out the possibility of Rutile or Goethite。 Could they really be Gold?

Just out of curiosity -- does anyone see any indication this was inserted into the quartz, and then the quartz epoxied back together?
Most of the hair-like inclusions are well inside the quartz, some of them even have exposed ends on the surface, and I can see that they are surrounded by quartz ,not epoxied.(epoxied can not be polished as smooth as quartz and it can be scratched by a needle.)
