The "light beams" are consist of numerous needle-like inclusions.

Rutile? Although I would have expected longer needles.

I'm not sure, Tremolite is also possible.

It looks very similar to dumortierite in rose quartz. That said I have gotten different results cabbing sheeny lemon quartz (which this resembles) vs rose quartz. Rose quartz tends to produce a 6 ray star, while lemon quartz produced an n-ray star, maybe 24 legs? So many I had trouble counting. Pretty diffuse and best seen with transmitted light.

Thank you and I agree with you.
It seems that only lemon quartz can produce 18 ray star, but rose quartz can sometimes produce 12 ray star(just very rare).

Not sure if this one contains the same inclusions(the blue inclusions).
