Is there a reason you would not send the stone to a lab (GIA, AGL, AIGS, Gubelin) to determine the nature of these inclusions? |

Gia and certificates can be expensive wanted to at least have an idea before sending for certification |

It's hard to tell, they kind of look like sirface features more than internal inclusions (literal fingerprints). |
