some look like the red hematite inclusions, similar to those found in "strawberry quartz"

interesting photo. the "jellyfish" inclusions are most likely an combination of iron oxide (hydroxide) minerals. The "tentacle" portion of the jellyfish looks like what is known as "beetle legs" which isnt too uncommon as an inclusion in amethyst. the platey part of the legs is lepidocrocite and the needle-like portion, goethite. I imagine the head of the jellyfish is possible hematite or some other iron oxide.

hematite and lepidocrocite are different minerals. Hematite is Fe2O3 and Lepidocrocite is FeO(OH). Different minerals but both contain iron.

goehtite is a likely candidate for arrow shaped amethyst inclusions

I could not get a clear answer on what these inclusions are. The examples of columbite and hematite that I have seen online are quite different in color than these. These inclusions appear to be copper (gold?!) in color. Also, the hairy or spiney inclusions of columbite and hematite in quartz is different than these objects that seem more rounded. I have not seen a distinctive spade-head with tail inclusion yet.

I'm guessing hematite with a trace amount of cacaxonite.
Anyone else want to thrown in an opinion?

Perhaps the same. I cannot see in your photos the distinctive spade heads that I have in my amethyst.
