Yesterdays chat was about the skull-crucible melting process to create synth. cubic zirconia. I finally found the patent which will clear some questions.

Well that accounts for why no one was there when I checked in. Poor Doos was waiting there all alone and nobody showed up. Sorry Doos, you can blame Steve. I would have pm'd you if I'd known I wouldn't be here, but Steve swore he'd have me back in time for the chat when he begged me to go out with him...and then brings me back 1 1/2 hours late! But don't worry, his a$$ is grass, and I'm ready to fire up the mower!!
Next weekend we are going to discuss colour centres.
It has been suggested that we start a complete new cycle of chats, starting slow at the beginning and build our way up to more complex topics as time progresses.
This way the chats come more accessable to gemmology students that just started or who need a good review.
Who would be interested in starting from scratch?

I like to as long as i know what were doing so i can have my questions ready and to know to know what were reviewing , color centers sounds good to me as long as others need it too
