My name is narinder Badhan I live in the uk and have a real passion for jewellery and gemstones , I have been a engineer for 11 years and only recently have started studying jewellery courses , the first was a jet 1 course from the national goldsmith association which passed and really enjoyed now I have just competed the jet 2 which was more in depth . I have the professional diploma exam on October 23 2013 , I really need a tutor to help me prepare for this exam as I have a memory like a goldfish ,I have been revising but sometimes it feels like my heads going to explode lol can any on give me any advice , or where I can find a tutor in the uk ?

Assuming you understand the subject well:

Take your course notes, retype them on your computer.

Go through what you've retyped, remove anything that you think looks like "filler" (non-essential information). Usually there is only one sentence maybe two per paragraph that is the "nitty gritty".

Read over it again, you'll still have things that aren't really vital to the subject in there. Remove them.

Keep doing this until you're satisfied that you've whittled your notes down to what is really essential.

In the end, you'll find yourself with maybe one to two pages of notes per chapter. Study from these. Intensively.

I did this with my Diamond Diploma exam at the Gem-A and got very high marks (Distinction). The person who recommended this approach to me did it on her FGA Diploma exam and passed with Distinction. Also, give as much information as you can think of that might be relevant in your answers.
