Hello everyone,

I have a large tourmaline I am going to recut and I think heating it will dramatically improve the color. The question is who does this or who can I send it to in order for it to get heated.
Thanks
Jim

If you just have one piece probably you can heat it somewhere in ur own city, where the temperature can go at a significant degree, also there is a specific way tourmalines should be heated, something related to oxidised atmosphere or something.
I think some experienced gemologists here will direct you the right way(s).
Happy cooking :D
