Same book, I just added in the $4 for shipping. ;) I have never seen the book, unfortunately... although it DOES seem like the sort of thing that Barbra would have.

I don't have this title.
Looks like igorv is right....appears the book can be downloaded.
I've found a couple of reviews....neither good.

Book Review
Manutchehr-Danai, M. Dictionary of Gems and Gemology.
Heidelberg (Springer-Verlag), 2000, x + 565 pp. Price £103, US $165. ISBN 3 540 67482-9.
E.A. Jobbins

This is a dictionary published in Germany by a well-known international publishing house and is intended presumably for an American- and English-understanding readership. The author’s first language is obviously not English and yet the book appears to have totally escaped the usual competent editorial and proof-reading processes. The book has serious shortcomings including poor grammar and spelling, many factual errors and a number of confusing entries.

Welcome aboard igorv.

I do have a copy of this book, if someone could link me to a thread on how to post pic i could post some to give u an insight Alberto.

It is a book that i used like 2 time but it has huge data, i wouldnt tell you to buy it unless u really need it unlike the Photoatlas(which are awesome books by the way) but it fit well in the gemology section of my library( it makes more professional :D )
