I have my suspicions.....but I would like more information.
Hardness?
Translucent? Opaque?
Look inside with some magnification. What do you see?

I suspect it is glass slag.

Bring the specimen to someone who can physically test it.
Pictures are not sufficient for positive ID.
Perhaps the geology department in a local college or university.
If you live in the US, your closest Rock & Mineral Club could help.

That's a weird one. Look for spherical bubbles or voids on the surface. Still, almost looks like it has cleavage and metallic luster, odd.

Occam's razor.

I'm not disagreeing, but if it's slag it is atypical slag, maybe silicon or an odder industrial one like that. If local testing is done please share the results.

the pics are too blurry to see any details, still first things that came to my mind were slag or galena

At first glance, I was thinking galena myself due to the metallic luster and what appears to be 90 degree cleavage in multiple directions. Interested to hear the results of physical testing.
