Hi all. Here's a mark that has us stumped.
As always, any help is appreciated.
1 and 2 are for the marks and 3 and 4 are for reference.

That almost looks like kanji to me, but I don't know nuthin' 'bout no makers marks other than my own.

I can't see properly the mark on the first picture, but is there any possibility that it might be a sicilian trinacria (please google this name). What I can see remotely reminds me of it.

The "mark" is raised in such a way, it almost looks like it was soldered on to the piece below.

Looks like an example of Vivtorian archaeological revival. Is the white material enamel or ivory?
