On my hunt for more beryl I snagged quite a few pieces of just about every color(except red, of course). Nothing of good quality but still not to bad for a days work. Since I focused most of my efforts on beryl and was not on the lookout for any rose quartz I was not expecting to find anything that I would keep. This piece caught my eye and is one of the best pieces of striped rose I have found. This striped rose has gotten lots of good feedback and now seems to be more popular than regular rose from georgia. I think it adds flair to an otherwise normal stone.
