From time to time I browse e-bay looking for gem "preforms" & fun.
Today I found the second for sure.
Many of us complain about the amount of glass in glass-filled rubies, and the (lack of) disclosure of the treatment. We have gone a step further here: we have a vendor selling "ruby in glass". I think NOBODY can complain about his honesty. So I give him my personal two thumbs up (but I won't bid on the item).

It makes it sound like glass with ruby inclusions. Ruby filled glass might sound even more exotic though. With good marketing today one could sell anything....
