Well I really do oppose the statement that it has been cut and polished exactly like a diamond. If one would do that to a CZ I'm sure it would shatter :)

But they get A+ for their description headline :D

That seller must know this seller :lol: .

I wrote to find out what this "synthetic tanzanite" was since zoisite isn't synthesized and got this answer:

Perhaps rewording would be advised.
I believe here in the US, we'd call he present wording:
fraudulent misrepresentation.
