No, they say shipping within europe. But I´ll keep an eye on the sale and, if the seller wouldn´t ship to the u.s., I would jump in as an adress and pass it through.
Btw: Emeraqua?

I am really sorry but I don't see why is it a fine specimen. I can see from the pictures and details that it is not of quality or size. Is it just because of the location the price is as it shows on ebay ??

My experience is that the best prices are fetched when specimens are sold directly in the area around the deposit.
Ebay is a two sided medaillion: this specimen is a nice one (therefore the price rises to where it is now), lower quality specimens are there every week and dont find byers in this priceclass.
I for my part sold emmies from habachtal on ebay for about a year in 2006 or so, and decided to stop doing that, since under the line there wasn´t that much advantage - but a lot more time (and ebay charges) to invest. And I still bite into my tongue when I think about that wonderful 3 ct crystal I had to send out for 10 Euros ...
I can´t really give you a tip on that, depends on what material is for sale. What kind of rocks are you specialised in?
