Well, on my monitor the stones look opaque/very dark: almost certainly not facet quality. So I doubt if they are destined to become gemstones, which reduces the value dramatically. Even are mineral specimens, these aren't rare: I have several and paid only pennies for them (but I love their crystal shapes and enjoy them in my collection).
Depending on shipping, it could be a very nice deal. One would have very little difficulty selling them for a dollar or more (maybe even up to ~5) a pop at a gem show here in the US, depending on marketing and venue. There might even be some trivial facet or cab rough to be found in them, but mostly I think they'd just be fun specimens. I'd definitely buy some if I could actually get them at that price here in America without shipping concerns. It's a small amount of money, and I suspect it would be educational to buy a parcel to understand what that kind of money tends to buy.

BLUF: Is it good for cutting? It doesn't look like it would be. Is it worth it? Perhaps, for purposes other than cutting
