i never liked or trusted any sealed diamond, and never bought one without opening and testing it, as i remember the sealing was first offered by HRD (who remembers their microfilms on their seals? should read only with magnification!! it it was like James Bond's Movies) and IGI and EGL... then GIA offered this service years later, the sealing service was good for safe transport or for people who only want to keep their stone in the safe. anyway there are sealing instruments available which even a jewelry store can use and offer sealing...
i don't care about sealing but why GIA Suspends the Duplicate Reports??? i guess there is more money in reissuing new Report!!!!!!!! [-X [-X [-X [-X
