No because I cannot wear plated metals either. The plating will erode eventually which ends up flaring my skin up. My ethnicity is south Asian and in my culture we often do buy only 22k or 24k gold. I have a lot of jewellery that is 22k or 24k gold with stones in them but I do know what the stones are in those. I think he got me it because I do particularly like grey or dark coloured stones. It is a shame that he doesn’t remember but I am adamant to find out what the stone is. I will be going to two of the stores that are in that link to see if they will be able to help me identify the stone. Fingers crossed.
