Hey guys, ive been a silent reader of this forum for a while, and it encourage me to be a part of it (thanks to Mikko and Alberto!) hehe. By the way, my name is Adam, and its been my sixth year working as Gemologist in Gem Research International lab in Indonesia.
So as we all know that low temperature heat treatment can sometimes be confusing. Especially if we talking about pink sapphires. Most of the time we could clearly see some iri needles (or kinda whitish but still iridescent type of needles), follow up with some discoid (or stress fracture) and also very fine, intact fingerprint. What would you say if you spot all of those inclusion i just mentioned? Basically we can spot two kind of inclusion in one stone; (low) heat and no heat sign.
Please note that im not talking about obvious heated sign such as in blue sapphire or normal rubies. i will try to upload the inclusions photos i have once i edited the pixels that suited the requirment.
