Im learning a lot about feldspar today. I've got to watch out for it, this stuff is weird. Never knew labradorite and sunstone can be transparent and free of inclusions and phenomena. thanks for enlightening me.
Technically if there isn't any phenomenon it isn't really sunstone (since sunstone has to have schiller phenomenon by definition). It gets used on clear Oregon material anyway, mostly I think because Oregonians want to be able to sell it. Either way, it's surprisingly nice stuff.
