Could someone please help me identify these 2 stones? I am pretty sure the purple one with spots is a volcanic stone of some kind. The other I have no clue.

I can't help with these and I'm not sure if this is exactly the best place to be asking as we deal more with gems than rocks. I would recommend bringing them to a local mineral club or checking around online to find some kind of mineral forum rather than a gem forum. Good luck though!

Some may call it a form of ocean Jasper with the obvious obicular formations.

Thry look like classic examples of shale and basalt. The basalt is sometimes gemologically relevant since these vesicles are sometimes sufficiently filled with gemologically relevant materials (agate, thomsonite, chlorastrolite) for cutting and polishing. No guarantees on these, hard to be sure from a photo.
