Personally I'd be leaning towards, as others have said here, either an Adventurine quartz or to be honest it looks like it might be a green dyed quartz crystal from the way the dye is pooling. That said, the RI is close to the correct range but the original SG is pretty far off. That would mainly be due to the accuracy of the scale. The more recent SG is at least closer and I would again suspect that if you went even more accurate in scale measurement it would be closer still.

The Jadeite spectrum is odd though. What do you mean by this? Is the absorption mainly in the blue spectrum or are you getting a reaction in the reds as well? Red would be more due to a chromium dye but that should give a slight reaction under UV or CCF. I'd recommend as, Barbra mentioned, get some gemstones from a reputable source to test on first. Some type of quartz being ideal as they are really consistent in their results and then go to some of the other common stones like corundum, beryl, topaz, etc.

 Although searching for green fuchsite in quartz can be an adventure, when you find some, it is known as aventurine.
