Hi just curious what sort of diamond this is? Eg Cognac champagne. When I purchased this item I was told that it was a brown red Diamond.
Thank you for looking

I am afraid you were told what you wanted to hear :?

The quality of your picture doesn't help the description though. To me it just looks dark, brownish, nearly opaque. Maybe it looks better in real life.

Looks like it needs a good cleaning.
Cognac? Root Beer? Chocolate? Brown red?

A simple thermal tester or GemmoRaman would identify the stone as diamond or not. I think that is more important than calling a color.

Excellent. I like the ring itself. Any maker's marks or hallmarking?

Sorry the pic isn't very clear. Hallmark 800 stamped. And it looks like another mark presuming it's the markers mark.
Thank you

The quality stamp 800 is on the outside of the shank?

Those marks don't jive with Portugal either.
