My very first Mokume Gane Difussion bonded at 1300 F for about 8 hours. It is made up of 12 layers of Argentium and 11 layers of Copper. Not sure what the final piece will be yet.

The dimmensions are roughly 60mm by 60mm and 20 guage. The starting billet was 24mm by 24mm. Image ImageImageImage

A progression of patterning the billet. The last picture shows the contrast of the copper against the silver after annealing.

Lucy sorry for the late reply. The copper alloy is 110 from k and s metals. It is I believe 99.9 percent copper and .04 oxygen. I have some actual jewelry I've made and I will try to post some pictures soon.

Thanks
