Hi,

first of all welcome to the forum :D

One of my friend is doing is GG distance education program now as i write this, it's good if u can't travel and are serious.

I have chosen to do my FGA in school at EGM, they got a really nice collection of gemstones, teachers are amazing and they really work hard for you to succeed, they have like 5 different teacher all with their field of expertise, like a gemologist-geologist-mineralogist when you do the cristallography and geology part, who is really good. I do it in french but they have it in english.

If you can go to AIGS it's probably a really good choice, if i had the time and money i would go to GIA and AIGS to get other diploma, massive knowledge and experience beside my FGA, but that's not an option for now, gotta get my FGA first lol :D

Hope you get better :D

My regards
