This video just went up and I wanted to share it here. I had the opportunity to do a field expedition to the Ratanakiri province with Vincent Pardieu and friend a few months ago. The video looks great and has some interesting heat treatment footage too!

Thanks for posting the video! Very nice to watch... I especially liked the one really nice crystal: Was that also the big one we saw later heat treated?

My other comment, is that Zircons must be really forgiving stones, as it looks like they were heated up quickly, and cooled down fairly fast as well.
I would have thought that the stones would have had a bit more care shown towards them, in bringing them up to temperature and back down again in a more controlled manner.
