Hey all,

I hope I am not intruding. If there is another area more appropriate for this post, please move it there.

I am very much impressed by the depth of knowledge sharing that goes on in these forums and have learned a lot by osmosis. My name is Greg. I'm an associate for a company who is helping put together a team for season three of the Animal Planet documentary series "Ice Cold Gold."

A group of highly skilled tradespeople travel to Greenland for three months to survey the area for potential opportunity and discovery in the hopes of finding something valuable. I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the show (clips are available at http://www.animalplanet.com/tv-shows/ice-cold-gold ) but in past seasons, the team found they were lacking someone with the authority/expertise to identify and value stones in the field. So we're looking to add an expert gemologist who'd be willing to take on the adventure of a lifetime and live and work in Greenland for three months.

I have already reached out to a few members of this community whose email addresses I was able to locate, but would love to hear from anybody with legit experience or knowledge who would be interested in learning more about the opportunity. Please email me at gregf@metalflowersmedia.com

Thanks! I would obviously appreciate any referrals as well inquiries.
Greg

Wow, that sounds amazing. I wish I had more legit experience because this is the sort of thing I'd love to do.
edit: ok, now that I've seen the show, and how much of it is just annoying interpersonal drama I'd have to reassess this feeling, though the rubies are still neat.
