Where can I send a gemstone to be tested and or graded? If I wanted to see if a paraiba tourmaline indeed has copper in it where would I send it to get lasered? Does it matter if it's rough or cut and which would be better? Is there a website that I can check out? I know this question is a little amateur for some of you folks but I will gladly accept any help. Thanks

Thanks again. I love my mineral specimens but after hanging around here for awhile and reading and learning from you guys I have been gravitating more towards gemstones and gem rough. Heck I only live 45 minutes from Jason(brimsjewelry) so one of these days we will meet up and I can have him show me a thing or two about the business and gems in general. The reason I need this info is I am getting some paraiba rough from Brazil from a guy I have dealt with before but I need some proof that it truly is copper bearing. I will purchase more after I recieve my first batch as long as it pans out. Thanks again Doos.
