Hi everyone. Old tricks and news recycled again.
I've seen a few wire silver mineral specimens from Cornwall UK surfacing mainly from the US. Very few places over here produce this formation. Look for a clean specimen or bluish tarnish to possibly identify the imposters.
Also synthetic Forsterites have been surfacing again as have "stoplite" (melted glass rolled in mud and dirt, stop light) "ruby" boulders.
As always, keep your eyes open and beware of people in a hurry.
