Yes, and nobody wins in those exchanges, and, worse, they are archived forever.

I wonder who has put up this site, and why they don't identify them self?
The writing style does look familiar however.

Given some recent exchanges I've read on LinkedIn, and the personal attacks by the subject in question, I'm not at all surprised that the Gobsmacked Gang remain anonymous. I would too. (I'd also register my name as a domain, before making any public comment that might be construed as not agreeing with Robert James. What a weird, weird dude.)

I gurantee that while I CAN write in the manner of the following excerpted masterpiece of vitriol, I was unaware of the existance of either of these parties till I stumbled on this thread.
And those were happier days.

"However, after a few rounds the bumbling inner reptile resurfaced, forked tongue flicking toxin in all directions.

Despite the promising beginning, we do not see enough progress at this time to recommend removal of the ankle monitors. "

For one reason or another I needed to write a poem.

"The knights armour is not so shiny any more."

Thy armour now so heavy
It once was shiny and brand new
    No longer
Rusty it is
Among all the threats of his law suits
    Falling apart it is
Lost the right
    no longer a consumers knight
but he still want to fight
They say, a troublemaker he is,
    the answer is clear
    Oh dear...

I don't know if it was correct posting it in this thread, anyway pretty weird writing it in english so the language may be mysterious or just plain bad. :)

Gene,

Robert James has purchased no fewer than five sites in my name beginning with http://www.richardwwise.com. This was done in retaliation for my criticisms of his "work." Using identity theft to silence his critics?

He has also publicly threatened to file a nuisance suit against me thinking that I would have to go to Texas to defend against it. He has attempted identity theft against at least four other identifiable critics.

And, you wonder why the members of The Gobsmacked Gang wish to remain anonymous?

Richard,
That's rather an interesting an curious approach to purchase that domain name. I guess I am pretty much out of the loop on what's going on with this whole topic. I just don't like bickering and back stabbing. Seems there is enough to go around. My understanding is there was some disputes way back when this site was first put up between James and Doos? Not sure if that was his name. Then the whole Chinese Andisine thing. I must say with that I smelled a rat very early on with that. I don't know if people intentionally mislead, or just made mistakes, but the whole thing looks fishy as do the trip reports up to the supposed mines in Tibet.

I see this same sort of mud flinging back and forth stuff come up with the Puppy Mill issues we are involved in. It all makes me sick, I have lost faith in mankind. I was sort of hoping the world was going to end today.

Gene,

Come on buddy, "curious" "interesting" how about I purchase precisiongem.biz, precisiongem.info, geneflanigan.com. How interesting would that be?

The above website is dedicated to exposing a guy who is using junk science to trash the goods you cut and sell in order to make a name for himself and recruit membership in his World Gem Society. James did not discover the andesine treatment he only tried to exploit the issue to his own benefit.

The world is full of scams what we don't need is scammers in our midst. Life can be ugly but there are times, as with the puppy mills, you and Jackie are fighting the good fight, when you simply must stand up and be counted.

What I meant was an interresting approach. If was trying to promote a school of higher education, I wouldn't think this type of activity would be productive or make me look professional. A curious approach.

The whole thing is rather sad, and drags down this industry. These types of things are particularly damaging to a business that is often viewed with distrust from outsiders. Just yesterday I saw where someone was asking how they can be certain a AGL gem brief is real and not forged.

Gene, et al,

The newest wrinkle, James has just posted a one star review of my first book. http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Gem-Trade ... roduct_top

The review is factually incorrect, the cover and contents are exactly the same. Funnily enough, he actually contradicts his own review posted on another of his attack sites: http://www.richardwwise.com/

It is the same pathetic strategy that we have all become used to. Criticize Mr. James and he will attempt to intimidate and silence you. the fact that his machinations become increasingly more infantile and desperate not withstanding.

You really can't make this stuff up.
